Return Policy
30 Day Return Policy
We offer full refund for exchanges, or store credits within 30 days of the shipment date. We will happily accept items that are free from scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. To receive a refund, you must provide the original jewelry packaging, documentation and or receipt for the item. Original Diamond Certificates must accompany diamond returns. Purchases that meet all criteria will be refunded in full to the original form of payment, excluding shipping, handling, and any additional insurance charges. Gift returns may be credited to the recipient in the form of a Gift/Store Certificate, or exchanged for the full retail price of the gift. We will not report returned gifts to the original purchaser.
Custom Orders
We cannot offer to take back jewelry that we have custom made for you. These pieces are made to your specifications and as such may be difficult to re-sell if returned.
